CAN I BUY A SMILEBOOTH?
Nope, sorry. Our Smilebooths are for rental or lease only.
HOW DO I RESERVE A BOOTH FOR MY EVENT?
Start by sending us an email or filling out our contact form. We’ll send you over all the info you need to make your decision. From there, you can can choose to book the event, customize with add-ons, or alter any event info to make your event as awesome as possible.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I RESERVE THE SMILEBOOTH?
To ensure that we have a Smilebooth available, the earlier the better! That being said, don’t be shy. Sometimes we have last-minute availability!
IS THERE A DEPOSIT WHEN RENTING A SMILEBOOTH?
There is, actually. We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking, and the remaining balance is to be paid two weeks prior to the event. It’s all in the contract, you’ll see.
IS THE DEPOSIT REFUNDABLE?
Sorry, the deposit is non-refundable.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DOES SMILEBOOTH TAKE?
We accept checks and most major credit cards. We process your credit cards with our secure online billing and contract system.
I SEE THAT YOUR PRICES ARE BASED ON A FOUR HOUR RENTAL. WHAT IF I NEED MORE HOURS?
No problemo! Our prices include up to four hours of rental time, but we will be happy to party for as long as you’d like. If your event requires the Smilebooth to be active for more than 4 hours, additional hours are available a la carte.
WHAT IF I NEED A SMILEBOOTH FOR LESS THAN 4 HOURS?
Of course you can have the Smilebooth for as long or as little as you like. But...anything less than 4 hours is still charged at the 4-hour rate.
ARE YOU FLEXIBLE ON COST AT ALL...LIKE IF WE DIDN'T WANT AN ONLINE GALLERY OR DISC OF THE IMAGES?
Sorry, no, sad face. Our prices are comprehensive and include all the great, standard features that we offer.

Yeah we do! We have a 10% discount off the rental rate for all non-profit events.
HOW MANY PHOTOS ARE WE ALLOWED TO TAKE?
Unlimited!!! Say what?
WHAT IF I WANT PRINTS?
We can add a printer to any set up. Clicker mode or GIF mode. Guests will also have the option to email or text the photos and share socially.
WHAT IF MY FRIENDS FIGHT OVER WHO KEEPS THE PRINT?
If there is a print that everyone wants, we can print multiples of that image so everyone is happy!
IF MY EVENT IS OUTSIDE, DO I NEED TO PROVIDE A TENT OR COVERED AREA FOR THE SMILEBOOTH?
A tent isn’t required but highly recommended. The Smilebooth cannot function in the rain, and environmental variables like sun and wind can be tricky to deal with. We recommend some type of coverage is the best way to go.
DOES SOMEONE STAY WITH THE SMILEBOOTH ALL NIGHT?
Oh yes! Your attendant will be as fun as they are a skilled technician. Our Smilebooth-ers champion bedlam with the best of ‘em, from start to finish!
HOW LONG BEFORE MY PHOTOS WILL BE UPLOADED TO THE WEB GALLERY?
We process the images so that you will look your shiny best. You and your guests can view and download images from your event within 48 hours!
DO MY EVENT IMAGES HAVE TO BE UPLOADED TO A PUBLIC WEB GALLERY?
Instead of an online gallery, we can send you a private link where you can download the images instead. Give it out at your own risk!
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING FOR IMAGES THAT I PURCHASE ONLINE?
The size of the photos you order will determine the shipping fees. By the way, since your images will be ultra-high quality, feel free to order them as big as you dare!
DO I GET THE HIGH RESOLUTION IMAGES AFTER MY EVENT?
Absolutely! Shortly after your event, we will burn a disk or email you a download link of all the high-resolution images from your event.
DO YOU PROVIDE PROPS?
We typically don't offer props because you know your crowd better than us, but accommodate special requests.
