/ SALES REP /

Job Description: Smilebooth is looking for a competitive sales representative to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. You will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas by pitching and selling custom / large scale activations. The position requires a high level of self motivation and strong communication skills while collaborating in a creative environment.

Tasks Include:
• Managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads and qualifying prospects
• “Get the sale” using various sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc.)
• Evaluate customers' needs and build productive long lasting relationships
• Meet personal and team sales targets
• Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory through CRM
• Attend local events on a weekly basis
• Develop strategies for, pitch, and sell custom and large scale activations
• Meet monthly and annual goals

Requirements:
• Proven sales experience
• Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
• Ability to collaborate in a creative environment
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Self motivated and driven
• Great attention to detail and organization
• Experience in Experiential Marketing or Event Production a plus

/ LOGISTICS COORDINATORS /

Tasks include:
- Work closely with sales managers, production managers, and graphic designers; manage the work flow of event production.
- Work with clients to gather all pre-production information, including logistics details and design assets.
- Create detailed production call sheets for internal use.

Qualifications:
- Detail oriented and organized, ability to manage many projects going on at once.
- Customer service experience, will be directly interfacing with high end and corporate clientele.
- Ability to work on quick turnaround and tight deadlines.
- Critical thinking and creative problem solving skills.
- CRM experience (preferred, but not required:)

 

Logistics Coordinators needed in:

/ PRODUCTION + EQUIPMENT MANAGER /

Tasks include:
- Maintenance and upkeep of booths as they come and go from jobs, including gear asset tracking, maintaining the proper supply levels of printer media, and keeping equipment updated with the latest released software versions.
- Work closely with the Smilebooth office manager to discuss and coordinate bookings / logistics.
- Must attend weekly production calls with our national team.
- Responsible for training new booth operators on best practice and technical use of the booths.
- Responsible for following a checklist to troubleshoot problems with field equipment, which may involve dismantling electronic equipment and replacing parts to find the component that has failed.
- Help assemble, test, pack out and ship booths before events.
- Help fabricate, assemble, test, pack out and ship custom fabrication jobs as warranted by client needs.
- The upkeep and organization of storage closet and miscellaneous errands like shipping gear/backdrops, etc.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment up and down stairs, in and out of vehicles, etc.
- Performing miscellaneous tasks around the studio such as clean up, organization, maintenance etc.

Qualifications:
- Detail oriented and organized, ability to manage many projects going on at once.
- Brings a positive attitude, good energy, and an eagerness to learn and contribute to the team.
- Ability to work on quick turnaround and tight deadlines.
- Critical thinking and creative problem solving skills.
- Must have a vehicle.
- Should have strong phone communication and troubleshooting skills as they may often be on-call technical support for users in the field and must remotely troubleshoot equipment failures by guiding the remote user through tasks.
- Has knowledge of a DSLR and camera settings.
- Should have experience with troubleshooting common computer problems, i.e. connecting apple, windows, or android devices to WiFi or wired networks, backing up data files, changing printer consumables, etc.  (experience assembling and disassembling computers is a plus).

• Number of studio hours will vary between 15-25 hrs per week.
• Pay is $15/hr and will have the opportunity to work as an operator at Smilebooth events.
